This role involves small-parts assembly in a clean, organized environment where accuracy and consistency matter. Shift: 11:30 PM 8:00 AM Schedule: Sunday night through Thursday night Type: Temporary to Permanent (eligible for hire after 720 hours ) Pay: $20/hr Why people choose this shift: Many of our associates prefer 3rd shift because it fits their family schedule especially parents who need to drop off or pick up their kids from school. The overnight hours make it easier to manage daytime responsibilities without losing income.
