What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly assistance with directions, seating, and event information.
• Monitor entrances and access points to help maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct security screenings and follow event safety procedures.
• Help manage crowds and keep guest entry and exit areas organized.
• Stay alert to potential safety concerns and respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies.
• Assist with event setup and other duties to help events run smoothly.
• Work alongside fellow team members to create a positive experience for guests, staff, and event partners.
• Address guest questions or concerns calmly, professionally, and respectfully.

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A dependable, professional attitude and a commitment to guest safety.
• The ability to remain alert and stand or walk for extended periods.
• The ability to work well with a team and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
• Previous security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or event experience is a plus, but not required unless needed for the assignment.
• Willingness to meet applicable licensing requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and any other applicable pre-employment requirements.
