$30B+ AUM multi-strat asset management firm in NYC is looking to hire a Fund Accountant to support their private investments and venture capital funds.

Firm Details:

• $30B+ AUM
• New York City
• 2000 investment team & support professionals
• 4x a week in office, Fridays remote

Qualifications:

• 1-6 years of Big 4 experience
• Private Equity or Hedge Fund experience
• Perform in a face-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• $115K-$125K base + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) reports and daily management reporting
• Calculate and allocate monthly investor returns, including management fees and incentive fees.
• Coordinate with external fund administrators on accounting, reporting, and fund-related matters.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Assist with the management and administration of multiple investment vehicles across various funds, including reconciliations and expense allocations.
• Support the Investor Relations team and other internal departments by compiling data, addressing ad-hoc requests, and responding to investor inquiries.
• Collaborate with technology teams to develop, implement, and maintain reporting tools designed to improve transparency, efficiency, and accuracy across reporting processes.
