Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Attorneys : Assist in the collection of data and documents for Non‑Immigrant Visa (NIV), Immigrant Visa (IV), and PERM cases. Prepare Critical Documentation : Draft forms, letters, and correspondence for attorney review with precision and attention to detail. Track and Finalize Cases : Oversee the status of all filed applications and petitions, ensuring timely and accurate completion after attorney review. Leverage Technology : Use advanced document and data management systems to efficiently manage client casework, ensuring all records are complete and up‑to‑date.
