Japanese bilingual Front-End Engineer (Web Designer / HTML Coder)
Full-Time — Torrance, CA

Job Description
・Front-end implementation of websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
・Development on SaaS platforms such as Webflow and Shopify
・Building and template development using CMS platforms (primarily WordPress)
・Collaborating with designers to create structural layouts and animations from a UI/UX perspective
・Developing with a focus on quality, including web accessibility and responsive design
・Participating in projects from the proposal stage to help solve client challenges
・Maintenance and updates for existing client websites

Required Skills
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Practical experience in web design and coding

Preferred Skills & Experience
・Experience with HTML5/CSS3
・Development experience on SaaS platforms such as Webflow or Shopify
・Knowledge and experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
・Knowledge and experience with jQuery and JavaScript
・Experience using graphic/authoring tools such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator
・Knowledge and experience in UI/UX design
・Experience developing e-commerce websites
・Experience in mobile app development
・Project management experience in website development and operations

Preferred Personal Qualities
・Someone who works responsibly and enjoys their work

Strong communication skills
・Able to proactively make suggestions rather than simply completing assigned tasks

Working Hours
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work in a Torrance Office.
