Job Full Description Job Summary: We are currently hiring Room Attendants for a property in the Florida Keys. This role is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to ensure a positive and comfortable experience for visitors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities: - Clean and refresh guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and replacing towels.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Replenish toiletries and guest amenities as needed.
- Ensure rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards before guest arrival.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleaning carts and supplies in an organized manner.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures.
- Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with guests or staff.
Schedule & Pay: - Schedule: Full-time, shifts may vary based on property needs.
- Pay: $14.00 P/H
Qualifications: - Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
